90 over 60 (90/60) or less:
It means that you may have low blood pressure.
More than 90 over 60 (90/60) and less than 120 over 80 (120/80):
It shows that you have normal blood pressure so you need to continue your healthy life style in order to maintain it.
More than 120 over 80 and less than 140 over 90 (120/80-140/90):
It is showing that you have a normal blood pressure reading but it is a little higher than it should be so you should try to make it lower.
140 over 90 (140/90) or higher (over a number of weeks):
It is showing that your blood pressure is high means you have high blood pressure so you need to change your lifestyle in order to lower it and you should consult doctor to take any medicines.
If your top number is 140 or more:
Then it means that you have high blood pressure regardless of your bottom reading.
Your bottom number is 90 or more:
It means that you have high blood pressure regardless of your top reading.
Top number is 90 or less:
You have low blood pressure regardless of your bottom reading.
Bottom number is 60 or less:
It means that you have low blood pressure regardless of your bottom reading.
